Lessons with BORN2DRIVE should be paid for before the day of the lesson. You may change the date and time of a lesson by giving 7 days notice. Any lessons missed due to lateness or any other circumstances, within or not within the control of the customer will be subject to payment and the lesson will not be refunded.

BORN2DRIVE offer a no refunds policy for any lessons booked and paid for which the customer chooses to not attend. BORN2DRIVE do withhold the right to offer a sympathy refund should they wish to do so.

BORN2DRIVE withhold the right to cancel any lessons booked with them for any reason. In the case that a lesson is cancelled by BORN2DRIVE, an alternative appointment may be offered. A full refund will be issued for the loss of hours for the customer that is not covered by an alternative appointment. The refund amount will be based on what type of course was sold to the customer and will be refunded at the hourly rate determined by BORN2DRIVE at the time of refund.

All prices may change without warning based on increases in supply and demand of materials, products and services or inflation. Courses booked and paid for in advance will not be subject to price changes.
